Urinary incontinence – Loss of bladder control

Things you can do to prevent it and make a return to a healthy bladder –

– Khareek (dry dates first thing in morning)
– sprouted and cooked moong and matki.
– 1 tsp of ghee in breakfast, lunch and dinner
– Strength training and kegel exercises.
– Yoga asana (especially Tadasana in #Iyengaryoga method).
